Pearly Whites of Eugene is a privately owned dental office seeking an enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our amazing team! We are looking for a motivated, reliable and happy team member who loves working with other people and making a difference in people`s lives.
1 year of dental experience is preferred, but new grads are more than welcome to apply -- we are looking for the best fit for our practice! EFDA and Radiology certificate required. Eaglesoft experience is a plus.
We work an average of 33 hours each week, Monday through Thursday. Full-time benefits include vacation and sick pay, holiday pay, 100% paid employee health insurance, free in-house dental care, Paid CE, and retirement benefits. White Bird Clinic is growing its board of directors!
In 1969, a group of student activists and concerned practitioners founded White Bird Clinic to provide crisis services and free medical care to counter-culture youth in Eugene, Oregon. White Bird's mission is to help people gain control of their social, emotional, and physical well-being through direct service, education, and community.
Today White Bird Clinic has 10 programs including medical, dental, CAHOOTS mobile crisis intervention, crisis support services Chrysalis drug and alcohol counseling, HOOTS crisis intervention in schools, mental health counseling, NEST human services navigation, benefits enrollment, and human services information/referral.
We seek to add a variety of relevant expertise and perspective to our board. Serving on the board is a significant commitment of time and energy. The board meets monthly for two hours, and board members serve on at least one board committee as well.

TOOTHBRUSH, PASTE, and FLOSS DONATIONS NEEDED FOR BAGS OF LOVE
Bags of Love is a nonprofit serving children in crisis due to abuse, neglect, poverty, homelessness or disaster. We provide a care package of necessities (dental supplies) and comfort items to a child in need - a child in poverty, moving into foster care, or one without a home at all. In 2022, Bags of Love helped over 4,600 local Lane County children in crisis.
